Terms and Conditions — BC888 Player Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and BC888 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the BC888 website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on any game available through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use BC888. Access to BC888 is provided to you on the condition that you comply with these Terms at all times. BC888 reserves the right to refuse access to any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms.

2 Account Registration

To use BC888, you must register a player account. The following eligibility conditions apply to all registrations:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering in your own name and providing accurate, complete personal information.
• You may only hold one active account at BC888. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different details — is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be residing in a territory where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a BC888 employee.

BC888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. When registering, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. BC888 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

BC888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and address documents at any point — typically before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative deposit or withdrawal volume reaches a certain threshold.

Acceptable documents for identity verification include:

• Valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC or NICOP)
• Valid passport
• Driver's licence (with photograph)

For address verification, BC888 may request a recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document issued within the last three months. BC888 may also request proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing the registered mobile number matches the number on your BC888 account.

Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. BC888 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by a player's failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner.

4 Deposits

BC888 accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet deposit
• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet deposit
• Raast — interbank instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer to the designated BC888 account

All deposits are credited in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits made through any of the supported methods listed above. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

BC888 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account or bank account you use to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the identity details on your BC888 account. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended.

Deposits made in error — for example, a duplicate transaction — should be reported to BC888 support immediately. BC888 will review and, where confirmed, return the duplicate amount to the original payment method.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever this is possible. In cases where a direct return to the deposit method is not available, BC888 will process the withdrawal via bank transfer to the account registered on your KYC profile.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have completed the KYC verification process before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to your account must be settled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits per transaction, as displayed in your account at the time of request.
• BC888 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. Processing times may vary by payment method.
• BC888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal if there is a reasonable cause to do so — for example, if a large withdrawal is the first such request on an account or if unusual activity has been detected.

Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched by BC888, the time it takes to reach your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account is determined by that provider's own processing times, which are outside BC888's control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

BC888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms that apply to individual offers as displayed on the Promotions page.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus amounts — and any winnings generated using bonus funds — are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is specified on the Promotions page.
• Bonus validity: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified at the time of award. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held on a BC888 account at any given time, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Game restrictions: Certain bonuses may only be used on specific games or game categories. These restrictions are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Abuse: BC888 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, such as placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity.
• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. Players who register multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have all duplicate accounts closed and bonuses forfeited.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on BC888 — whether on Live Casino tables, Slots, Slot Games or Bingo — are subject to the rules of the relevant game. These rules are displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the BC888 system, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, BC888's game logs constitute the definitive record of the outcome. Where a round cannot be completed due to a verified technical fault on BC888's side, bets will be returned to the player's account.
• Odds, house edges and RTP percentages are subject to the game provider's configuration. These are outside BC888's direct control but BC888 only partners with providers whose RTP figures are independently certified.
• BC888 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, incorrect odds display or any other system malfunction.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

BC888 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes — applicable particularly in Live Casino games.
• Using a VPN or proxy server to misrepresent your location or to access BC888 from a restricted territory.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime through the BC888 platform.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.

BC888 actively monitors accounts for unusual patterns of activity. Any account flagged for investigation may have withdrawals held pending review. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, BC888 reserves the right to report the matter to relevant financial authorities.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

BC888 may suspend or close a player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or financial crime.
• A player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• A player's death — in which case the balance will be returned to the estate upon appropriate documentation being provided.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance that was accumulated through prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Balances accumulated through legitimate play will generally be returned, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

You may close your BC888 account at any time by contacting support. Before your account is closed, ensure that you have withdrawn any remaining real-money balance. BC888 is not responsible for funds left in a closed account where no withdrawal request was made.

10 Responsible Gaming

BC888 is an entertainment platform intended for adults aged 18 and above. We take responsible gaming seriously and have built a range of tools into the platform to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

The following tools are available to all BC888 account holders:

• BC888 is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, maintenance downtime or technical failures that are outside our direct control.
• BC888 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's use of an unsecured network, device compromise or failure to protect their account credentials.
• BC888's liability in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• BC888 is not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of any third-party services accessed through the platform, including game studio software and live studio feeds.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Changes to Terms

BC888 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• For significant changes, BC888 will notify active players via email or an on-platform notification.
• Continued use of BC888 after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
